Is there anywhere that we don't deliver to?

Right now we are not able to delivery to Jersey, Guernsey and Ireland, but we working hard to fix that!

How quick is delivery?

If you order before 2pm, then we get to process that order the same day and 99% of the orders are delivered next day by PDP or Parcelforce. You even get a lovely tracking number emailed to you, so you can see exactly whats happening. 

If you select standard delivery at the checkout then we try and get the order to you within two to three working days. Please don't be upset if it takes a little longer, but do let us know and we'll do our best to find out what's happening. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We package the products so that they shouldn't arrive to you damaged, but sometimes it does happen and we know it can be incredibly frustrating. Please check the goods before you sign for the package and then sign for them as damaged and send us an email with a photo of the damage and we'll get it sorted for you. 

What happens if I get the wrong products?  

We hate when this happens to us, so we work very hard with the warehouse to try and make sure that we send out what you ordered. If we have made a mistake then just send us a quick email with a photo of what you did get and we will get it sorted for you.
